How I think about systems, automation, and impact.
I’m a Senior AI and Automation Engineer who designs systems that turn scattered data into clear, reliable decisions.
My work lives at the intersection of enterprise platforms, automation, and human workflows, where small errors can
quietly compound and where good systems make teams faster, calmer, and more effective.
My background in Mathematics and Chemistry shaped how I approach engineering: I look for structure, invariants,
and failure modes before I reach for tools. Programming became the natural extension of that mindset—an expressive
way to model complex systems and make them observable, testable, and safe to operate at scale.
Before working in enterprise automation, I built and ran a small dog training business and worked as a tutor, using early
automation to track outcomes, manage operations, and reduce manual effort. Those experiences grounded my engineering
instincts in real-world constraints: unclear ownership, noisy data, and systems that have to work for humans—not
just on paper.
Today, I build AI-assisted and rule-driven systems that emphasize guardrails, auditability, and human-in-the-loop
control—especially in high-stakes areas like healthcare, revenue, customer experience, and operational decision-making.
I believe great automation doesn’t replace people; it gives them better context, earlier signals, and the confidence
to act.
Merging Math, Mind, and Machine.
An AI-powered triage and context engine that accelerates case resolution and empowers Customer Success teams with actionable insight. By helping users quickly understanding a customer’s historical and technical context by retrieving and summarizing related Salesforce Cases, Jira Tickets, and active subscription details. SYNaTRA reduces time-to-context and improves first-contact resolution through concise, data-driven summaries and next-step guidance.
A process-engineering initiative to streamline a request workflow that became unmanageable during rapid growth. By documenting and analyzing the existing Oracle-based process, then rebuilding it within Salesforce using Visualforce, Apex, and reusable plug-and-play code modules, this project improved efficiency, transparency, and adoption. Deliverables included interactive process documentation, automated form generation (PDF rendering via Visualforce), and user-friendly dashboards and training guides to empower both end-users and developers.
